The Armed Forces of Ukraine regained control in Vovchansk, the Russian Federation is preparing to send a new army to Ukraine

The Ukrainian military successfully regained control over the lost positions in the city of Vovchansk, located in the northern Kharkiv region. The information, taken from a report by the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), indicates that Russian forces are likely to form a new combined army to operate in the Kharkiv direction of Ukraine.
