The head of the Main Directorate of the State Geocadastre in the Transcarpathian region Svetlana Boksha declared a significant enrichment - in two days she was given 810 thousand hryvnia in cash. The relevant information appeared on May 26 in the register of NAPC declarations.
As stated in the documents, the official received the official from two relatives - Ivan and Yulia Bokshi. This is not the first such case: in 2023, Svetlana Boksha also declared UAH 720,000 from relatives.
At the main place of work in 2024, Boksha earned UAH 545 thousand in the State Geocadastre. In addition, she declared 72 thousand hryvnias of alimony and 33 thousand hryvnias of insurance payments. In bank accounts, the official saves over UAH 77 thousand, another UAH 1 million in cash.
Svetlana Boksha heads from January 2022. Her predecessor - Svetlana Melnychuk - is a figure in the case of the possible appropriation of land in the Transcarpathian region, which also appears by MP Robert Gorvat.
The repetition of large "gifts" of relatives who generously assist the public official can raise questions not only in the public but also in the controlling bodies. After all, such declarations are often the reason for checks on the probable concealment of real income or legalization of funds of unknown origin.
