Apartments, land and suspicious deals: what is known about Olga Stefanishyna's fortune

Candidate for the position of Ambassador of Ukraine, Olga Stefanishyna, who in 2024 worked in the Economic and Financial Department of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers, declared significant property and income, and also has family ties to a number of dubious real estate transactions.

Stefanishyna indicated that she has two children, Anastasia and Daniel, who live in Kyiv. She owns four apartments and a plot of land. Three apartments are located in Odessa, one in the capital.

Property of Stefanishina and her family:

  • The apartment in Odessa (105.9 m², purchased in 2008 for 21.8 thousand UAH) is shared with her mother Nadia Kravets.

  • Two more apartments in Odessa — 76.1 m² (2007, UAH 105.3 thousand) and 38.9 m² (1997, price not specified).

  • Apartment in Kyiv (74 m², 2008, 922.8 thousand UAH), registered in the name of the mother.

  • Land plot in the village of Nerubayske in the Odessa region (1000 m², 2007, 101.5 thousand UAH).

Of the vehicles, Stefanishyna declared only a 2009 Toyota RAV4 (129 thousand UAH).

Revenues in 2024:

  • UAH 1.16 million from the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers

  • UAH 220,000 in child support received by children from Mykhailo Stefanishyn

  • Cash savings: 280 thousand UAH, 3 thousand dollars and 5 thousand euros

Journalists previously found out that Stefanishyna's mother purchased a three-room apartment in the business-class residential complex "Lvivska Ploshcha" in the center of Kyiv with an area of about 100 m² for UAH 3.04 million, while the market price was at least UAH 12 million.

In the same building, Vitaliy Kravets, probably the candidate's father, purchased a parking space and two non-residential premises for 650 thousand UAH, although the parking space alone costs from 37 thousand dollars.

According to hromadske, Stefanishyna herself actually lives in her mother's apartment. At the same time, since 2016 she has been declaring the use of another apartment of her mother with an area of 74 m², allegedly purchased in 2008, although the state register of ownership of it has not been found.

Also in 2013, Kravets bought an apartment in the Cosmopolitan residential complex with an area of 150 m² and sold it in 2018 for UAH 2.54 million. This property could coincide with the same "74 m² apartment" that Stefanishyna still declares as her mother's home.
