Foreign companies providing electronic services to Ukrainians reported for the first half of 2025. This was announced by Danylo Hetmantsev, chairman of the parliamentary committee on finance, tax and customs policy.
According to Getmantsev, the volume of taxable services increased by 19.4% compared to the same period in 2024. The number of registered VAT payers increased to 141 companies - five more than in the previous quarter.
In the first half of the year, over UAH 7 billion in VAT (EUR 71.7 million / USD 86.7 million) was declared, which is UAH 1.1 billion more than last year. In total, about UAH 10 billion has already been paid to the budget for January–July 2025.
Among the largest payers remain Apple, Google, Valve, Meta, Sony, Etsy, Netflix, Wargaming, Bolt, OpenAI, Ebay and other international companies.
Separately, Hetmantsev noted that the OnlyFans platform paid $1.2 million in taxes.
