Bankova plans to shift responsibility for the failure in Kharkiv to the military

Our source informs us that Bankova wants to shift the responsibility for the failure in the Kharkiv direction to soldiers and combat officers, not officials and staff workers, who are being removed from the case for particularly large-scale corruption.

This is already a direct confrontation between the office and the military.

The violation of the border in the Kharkiv region on May 10, carried out by Russian troops, could have happened due to the negligence of Ukrainian servicemen, the Lenin District Court of Kharkiv established in its decision of May 22.

The SBI appealed to the court with a request for temporary access to documents in connection with the investigation of the facts of negligent treatment of the military service.

The court granted access to documents of combat management, documents on the duties of the commander and his deputies, planning of combat tasks and support, as well as orders and operational directives. The investigator also got temporary access to the materials in the possession of the mobile operator.

The breakthrough of the front line was recorded at 5:00 a.m. on May 10, which caused outrage and spread information on social networks and the media. However, Oleg Sinegubov, the head of the OVA, said that the situation in the Kharkiv direction has stabilized, and the breakthrough has been stopped thanks to the actions of certain military units.
