Maxim Shkil's Autoustrad Company continues to build Podilsky Bridge in Kiev. This time, companies again allocated a considerable amount - UAH 1.18 billion. The tender was conducted without any competitor. As noted in the documentation, the discount amounted to only UAH 200 thousand from the expected value.
The list of planned works includes the installation of noise protection screens, lighting, traffic lights, transformer substations and more. Autostrada has been building the Podilskyi Bridge since 2023, replacing the previous contractor's project-ECO-ROYTH-TRAD LLC. He was associated with Denis Komarnitsky and Vadim Stolair.
It should be reminded that in 2023, the Autoustrad began work in the status of a subcontractor, and the financing began to come directly from the city budget of Kiev. According to journalists, it was Komarnytsky who brought the Shkil to this project. Then the company received more than UAH 630 million without the competition.
Despite the long -term observation of NABU on the activities of Denis Komarnitsky, no claims for the construction of the Podilsky Bridge or the participation of "freeways" were nominated by law enforcement. This silence raises issues in the public, especially against the background of loud cases about much smaller amounts of losses.
They also mention another great project, performed by Maxim Shkil company - the completion of the subway for the vineyard. The situation looks even more contrasting: the previous contractor, Kyivmetrobud, built 40% for UAH 2.5 billion, while the Highway received UAH 13.8 billion for the remaining 60%.
The transparency of such decisions and the efficiency of spending the city budget remain questionable. The public requires more openness of tenders and audit of such projects, especially in wartime, when each hryvnia is on the account.
