Scandalous Ukrainian blogger Anna Alkhim announced her departure from Ukraine. In her Telegram channel, she reported that she and her son are leaving the country and will settle in the United Arab Emirates. The family's new place of residence will be Dubai.
According to Alkhim, this is a conscious step, primarily related to the desire to protect the child. The blogger noted that every day in Ukraine has turned into a lottery for her due to the threat of shelling.
"I don't know if this is good or bad, time will tell. I don't plan to return to Ukraine. For now," she wrote.
In the future, Anna plans to create a separate blog about life in the UAE, including on Instagram. According to her, the decision to change her country of residence was not provoked by any coercion or pressure.
Anna recalled that she made the final decision after another missile strike on Kyiv. The shelling hit the Respublika residential complex, next to which is the school her son Vova attends. They were not in the city at the time, and this fact, according to the blogger, made her seriously rethink the issue of security.
"After the last 'arrival' at the Respublika residential complex, where Vova goes to school, I sighed that we weren't in Kyiv. Every day is like a lottery, I'm tired of it," Alkhim wrote.
It is worth recalling that criminal proceedings were previously opened against Anna Alkhim, in particular under the article on state treason. She has repeatedly found herself at the center of scandals due to her public statements and activities on social networks. Despite this, the blogger emphasized that no one forced her to leave the country.
"No one kicked me out. If there is no shelling, I will return home with tears in my eyes. Now I am flying there with the same tears. There is no better place for me than Kyiv," Anna wrote.
On social media, the blogger has already announced the launch of a new blog where she will talk about life in Dubai. In the comments, subscribers react differently: some support her decision, others criticize, believing that the real reason for leaving has not been publicly announced.
Anna Alkhim is one of the most famous and at the same time most controversial figures in Ukrainian blogging, so the news of her move caused a wide resonance on the Internet.
