Former Chief of Staff of the 12th Brigade of the Special Forces "Azov" Bogdan Krotevich declared the disappearance of his name from the Presidential Decree on awarding the Order of Bohdan Khmelnitsky II degree. According to him, the order was signed, published on the website of the Head of State, and even became the basis for greetings, but the next day his name disappeared without explanations.
Krotevich reported this in his Telegram-channel, publishing the appropriate screenshots. One of them is part of the decree where it appears in the list of awarded, the other is already a "updated" version without mentioning it.
"I decided to share one story with you - so that you just understand how some people can fall low," Krotevich wrote. According to him, the procedure for submission for the award was long and bureaucratic, but eventually ended with a successful signing of the decree by the President. On Wednesday, April 9, he received a greeting from the deputy commander of the Kalina brigade, who confirmed the fact of the award. But the next day Krotevich disappeared from the list.
Krotevich emphasizes that he does not believe in the involvement of the president himself in this incident. He hints at a possible software correction of the document in the President's office without agreeing with the Supreme Commander: “So - there is someone who has the authority to" correct "the decree without consent with the President. They bring a new text, say something like "there is a mistake in the last name", and rewrite. They can remove those who do not like and add their Kents. "
He completes his message briefly and ironically: “Fun. Sadly. Yes. "
The situation gained even more resonance because only the day before the scandal, on April 9, in an interview with The Guardian, Krotevich publicly called on the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces Alexander Sirsky. He stated that he did not have a strategic vision and threaten the life of the military, giving "almost criminal" orders.
The incident has not been commented at the President's office.
