Halyna Drach, a 45-year-old deputy of the Lviv District Council from the European Solidarity party, opened a beauty salon called Tаїna in Krakow, but did not include it in her income declarations. At the same time, she is registered as an entrepreneur in Poland, and the salon operates at 10 Lvivska Street.
According to Polish statistics, Halyna Drach is the owner of the business, and her name is indicated on the receipt for the salon's services. In September 2022, the deputy's husband, Bohdan Drach, registered a sole proprietorship in Poland for the operation of beauty salons at the same address. Despite this, the deputy's declarations for 2023–2024 do not include income from the salon, while her husband's earnings exceed UAH 4.7 million.
Halyna Drach, in her comments to journalists, got confused in describing her own positions at the salon, calling herself an art director and SMM. Later, the deputy stated that journalists do not have the right to check her declaration, but can only familiarize themselves with it.
It should be noted that the Drach family owns the Georgian Bread bakery chain, and Halyna Drach herself is a member of the Lviv District Council's standing committee on the agro-industrial complex and land relations. Despite this, her activities in Poland and undeclared income raise questions about transparency and compliance with anti-corruption requirements.
