JSC NNEGC Energoatom, following the results of the tender, ordered a new XCMG XLC350 crawler crane from Yuromash LLC worth UAH 79.65 million. The equipment is to be delivered to the site in Netishyn, Khmelnytskyi region by the summer of 2026. The price includes installation, adjustment, certification and permits, initial technical inspection, a set of spare parts, tools and accessories for a year of operation (at least 3,200 machine hours), commissioning and personnel training. Payment is provided six months after delivery, the warranty is 2 years.
The XLC350 crane is designed for a lifting capacity of 350 tons, has a 247 kW diesel engine, a 60 m main lattice boom, an extension with a variable reach of up to 64 m, a combined boom with a radius of up to 24 m and a hook lifting height of up to 116 m. The model is used in energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, bridge construction and the metro.
During the procurement, anonymous participants requested to extend the initial delivery date from the end of 2025 for half a year and agree on an advance payment of 30%. The customer agreed only to the extension of the deadline, but rejected the advance payment. The competitor of "Yuromash" was "Kommash Group" LLC with an alternative crane SANY SCC3500A-6.
Yuromash is owned by Kyiv resident Hanna Pokotilo, and its director is Jan Herzog. Together with Iryna Doroshchuk and Dmytro Kukaryekin, they are co-owners of Argepo LLC, which is headed by Serhiy Kolyadenko; the latter owns Golex LLC together with Gevork Babayan. In 2018, Yuromash won tenders for Bell dump trucks at Vilnohirsky MMC for UAH 353.16 million, where Golex was a rival. In 2019, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine fined Yuromash and Golex for conspiracy for UAH 62.5 million and UAH 4.5 million, respectively, but the Kyiv Economic Court later invalidated the Antimonopoly Committee's decision regarding Yuromash's guilt. Since 2016, the company has won government contracts worth UAH 1.07 billion, the largest amount from the Vilnohirsky MMC branch of JSC OGKHK during the period when Ruslan Zhuryl managed the plants.
