The head of the Kryvyi Rih Central District Prosecutor's Office, Oleg Ryzhkov, declared considerable assets, including several apartments and significant cash. The prosecutor owns an apartment with an area of 35.2 m², purchased in 2009, as well as the right to use a residential building with an area of 161 m², registered in 2017. Ryzhkov's wife, Nadiya, owns an apartment with an area of 83.8 m², and the property right to the same 161-meter dwelling belongs to Galina Ryzhkova, the prosecutor's mother.
The family actively uses cars. The prosecutor has a 2009 Opel Insignia, while his wife drives a 2022 Tesla Model Y, worth over 1.2 million hryvnias. The couple declared $41,000 in cash. During the year, the prosecutor received 1.45 million hryvnias in income, his wife received over 1 million hryvnias, as well as 610,000 hryvnias from the sale of real estate.
The activities of the prosecutor's mother, Galina Ryzhkova, attract particular attention. Before retirement, she also worked in the prosecutor's office, but now she owns a recreation center on the banks of the Ingulets River. The territory is closed, guarded, has a pier and its own beach. In addition, she owns several shopping kiosks and a number of commercial premises in the city.
The prosecutor's wife, Nadiya Ryzhkova, also works in the authorities - in the prosecutor's office No. 1 of Kryvyi Rih. However, five years ago she was involved in criminal proceedings for forging an indictment. The amount of the bribe, according to the investigation, was about 10-15 thousand dollars. However, the case was closed by the prosecutor's office of the Dnipropetrovsk region, and there were no consequences for Ryzhkova.
Despite numerous questions about the origin of their wealth and possible abuses, no official investigations are currently underway into the Ryzhkov family. Their lifestyle remains a vivid example of how prosecutorial dynasties maintain influence and amass wealth far beyond their official salaries.
