On December 12, 2021, Judge Lyuda Kropivna concluded an agreement to purchase a house in Kozyn with an area of 260 sq. m. with a swimming pool and a land plot of 20 acres. The agreement states that the total sale amount was 8.2 million hryvnias: 5.8 million was paid before the conclusion of the contract, the remaining 2.4 million - in six months.
Experts and analysts point out that the price is clearly understated. The judge's only legal asset was an apartment in Kharkivskyi Massif, which she received from the state and which could have been used to provide the appearance of financial resources to purchase the house.
Previously, this house was put up for sale for $999,000 — almost $19 million more than indicated in the contract. The valuation of a 20-acre plot of land on the riverbank in Kozyn at only UAH 300,000 also raises questions for law enforcement agencies.
Additional confirmation that the payment could exceed the amounts specified in the contract is the fact that the transaction was concluded on the premises of the bank, which allows for control of the movement of large sums of money.
For citizens, this house is an example of luxury: high-quality renovation, appliances from world brands, and environmentally friendly materials, which allows you to feel like Judge Kropivna for a minute.
