Another important personnel decision concerns Serhii Biletskyi, who was appointed as the state secretary of the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine. His main task will be to coordinate the work of the ministry in the direction of the development of regions and territorial communities.
At the same time, the Cabinet of Ministers dismissed Stanislav Heyder from the position of Deputy Minister of Defense and Ludmila Daragan from the position of State Secretary of the Ministry of Defense. These changes may indicate new approaches in the management of the country's defense industry.
In addition, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy updated the staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief Staff, as stated in Decree No. 678/2024, published on the website of the President's Office. Updating the Rate may be part of strategic decisions in the context of an ongoing war.
