The deputy mayor on the activities of the executive bodies of the Council Anna Pozdnyakova filed an annual declaration for 2024, which stated significant income, cryptocurrency assets, expensive things and real estate. The data became available through the Unified State Register of Declarations.
Pozdnyakova declared two apartments and one more use. The first apartment with an area of 33.6 m² belongs to it since 2016, the second - 51.5 m² office space - appeared in 2017. The third real estate is an apartment of 86.8 m², which it has been using since 2022. Its owner is to have officials - Alla Pozdnyakova.
The declaration also stated that the official raises two daughters - Maria and Anastasia, who live with her in Odessa.
Anna Pozdnyakova's total income for 2024 amounted to over 998 thousand hryvnias. She has earned 533 thousand hryvnias as a deputy mayor, another 455 thousand hryvnias - as the director of KP "Heat supply of the city of Odessa", where she worked until June 2024. In addition, the declaration lists 10 320 UAH of state aid at birth.
Among the financial assets, the official declared $ 25,000 in cash. She also has accounts with PrivatBank and Bank Universal, although the amounts are not specified.
Particular attention is attracted by its cryptocurrency asset: 6.02 Bitcoin in Pozdnyakova account. At the current rate, it is over UAH 20 million. For comparison, 14.037 bitcoin was stated in last year's declaration. In 2021, according to analysts, she declared cryptocurrency worth more than UAH 53 million, which became a record among officials of Odesa region.
The list of Viecile Property also luxurious things: coat sable, jewelry with Damiani brand (wedding ring, earrings and white gold with diamonds), as well as Louis Vuitton. All this is declared as the property acquired before the submission of the first declaration.
For comparison, another deputy mayor of Odessa - Valery Silin - earned 1 million 126 thousand hryvnias in 2024, and received more than 600 thousand hryvnias of pension payments.
