The Kyiv Zoo offers low salaries to employees: vacancies with salaries of up to one hundred euros

The Kyiv Zoo caused outrage among potential employees due to the low salaries offered for open vacancies. It is known that salaries for some positions do not exceed one hundred euros per month. Information about this appeared after the publication of vacancies on the zoo's official website.

So, for example, a leading fire safety engineer is offered UAH 2,907, and a secretary – UAH 4,345.

They are willing to pay a bit more to a zoologist - 4,630, but to a leading biologist - the same amount as a secretary. The cashier will receive similar money.

The highest salary - UAH 7,700 - is offered to the head of the department of veterinary medicine. Up to seven thousand are offered to deputy heads of various departments, more than five thousand to designers and artists, as well as a number of engineers.

The lowest salaries - below three thousand - for a locksmith, a warehouse worker and for some reason a leading marketer.

At the same time, it is stated that the salary includes bonuses and allowances. And it is clear that with them the final "receipt" will be greater. In addition, no one will receive less than the level of the minimum wage in Ukraine of 8,000 hryvnias if they work full-time.

But it is still interesting that the zoo decided to "lure" potential employees by publishing such meager salaries.
