Buchi Mayor Anatoly Fedoruk continues to demonstrate amazing modesty on paper - in his declaration for 2024 he did not declare any real estate object. At the same time, his wife Lyudmila owns a whole list of areas, non -residential premises, and erects a house of 297 m² in Bucha herself.
According to the NAPC, Ludmila Fedoruk declared four land in Bucha and Pirnovo, eight non -residential premises (including offices, pharmacy and garage), and retains more than $ 70,000 and euro in cash. Another 62 thousand UAH and $ 47 thousand is kept in bank accounts. It is worth noting that its income has almost doubled - from UAH 726 thousand to UAH 1.7 million.
Fedoruk himself showed an increase in wages from 817 thousand to 971 thousand UAH, as well as an increase in cash savings: from $ 17.5 thousand to $ 37 thousand, and from 23 thousand euros to 27.5 thousand euros.
The family fleet of the family is also interesting. Fedoruk owns the 2019 Volkswagen Touareg, and uses a similar model of 2023 free of charge - the car is designed for Oleg Yatsyuk. Ludmila Fedoruk has a Lexus RX 350 in 2010.
We will remind that Anatoly Fedoruk is one of the longest managing city mayors in Ukraine - he heads Bucha since 1998, has been re -elected six times. In different years, he cooperated with Our Ukraine, the Party of Regions, and is now associated with the “servant of the people” and Vladimir Karplyuk's “New Faces” party.
He has repeatedly appeared in criminal proceedings, in particular - on land abuse. However, every time he avoided real responsibility and confidently maintained his position.
The new declaration only reinforces the question of transparency of the wealth of the mayor and his family - in the absence of his own home and rapid growth of cash assets. As always, all the property is "on his wife."
