A millionaire at the expense of the budget: scandalous payments to the head of the executive service of Ukraine

Against the background of economic difficulties and financial restrictions, the head of the executive service of Ukraine, Maksym Kiselyov, found himself at the center of a scandal due to the extremely high salaries he receives from the budget every month.

The official's declaration, for example, shows that in January he received 557,435 hryvnias, in February – 651,827 hryvnias, in March – 650,164 hryvnias, in April – 526,951 hryvnias.

In total: in just 4 months of 2024, Maksym Kiselyov became richer by almost UAH 2.4 million at the expense of taxpayers! When the military, who live in prisons, cannot get the promised payment of 100,000 hryvnias.

Kiselyov is not a poor man, by the way. He has millions of hryvnias and hundreds of thousands of bitcoins in his accounts.

Not so long ago, he even went to the police because of the alleged sale of 647,063 USDT from his crypto wallet. Later it turned out that, most likely, it was an imitation of a crime in order to hide the sources of receiving such funds.

We are waiting for what the "honest minister" of justice Malyuska will say, as all this looks like a scheme to withdraw funds from the budget in particularly large amounts.
