In Cherkasy region, a pre-trial investigation in the case of a 33-year-old resident of Smila has been completed, which is accused of facilitating the illegal crossing of the state border of Ukraine. According to the Cherkasy Regional Prosecutor's Office, the woman organized a scheme that allowed servicemen to leave the country on the basis of counterfeit documents.
According to the case file, the figure proposed one of the men to be mobilized, to issue certificates of belonging to a religious organization, as well as permits from the territorial center of acquisition and social support (TCC and JV), which would give the right to cross the border.
In addition, she promised to "resolve the issue" with the officials of the CCC to issue a military ticket. For her services, the woman invited $ 5,000.
Law enforcement officers detained it while receiving the entire amount.
Currently, a woman has been in custody in the form of detention with an alternative to making a bail of UAH 242,000. According to the prosecutor's office, the pledge has already been paid. The indictment is sent to court.
