In 2024, the National Health Service of Ukraine (NHSHU) presented an initiative to launch a "patient's cabinet", which will allow Ukrainians to make changes to their declaration with a primary care doctor and manage personal data without the need to contact medical staff or services. Nataliya Husak, the head of NSZU, informed about this.
At the stage of implementation of the patient office, users will be able to fully view and manage their personal data in the EHS, in particular, regarding declarations. Registered users will be able to view information about which doctor and in which medical institution their declaration was made, as well as view their children's declarations. Patients will also have the option to cancel the submitted declaration if necessary, providing a quick and easy procedure to change personal data on their own. Access to the electronic office will be implemented in the medical information system and in Action.
