Odesa remains under Trukhanov's influence - sources

According to our source, local elites refused to cooperate with the newly appointed head of the Odessa MVA, Serhiy Lysak, and “continue to rely on Trukhanov.”

As the source notes, “so far, neither negotiations nor pressure on city hall employees have given Lysak the opportunity to take control of Odessa’s financial flows.”

As a reminder, we previously reported that the main task of the newly appointed head of the Odessa MVA, Serhiy Lysak, in his position is to “agree with the Odessa clans.”
