A well-known Odessa grain trader, Roman Tereshchenko, developed a scheme to evade taxes and withdraw funds outside Ukraine through the OnlyFans platform.
This is reported by the Censor , citing the decision of the Kyivsky District Court of the city of Odessa.
The State Financial Monitoring Service of Ukraine has received 190 reports from financial intelligence units of other countries regarding suspicious financial transactions, in particular with the participation of the well-known Ukrainian grain trader Roman Tereshchenko, founder of Trans Trade Holding.
Tereshchenko's assets include Grain-Export LLC, which exports grain and oilseeds, the stevedoring company Fram Shipping Agency LLC, the elevator Transservice 2008 LLC, and Specialized Grain Terminal Chornomorsk LLC. He is the ultimate beneficiary of foreign companies to which grain is exported from controlled Ukrainian enterprises, namely: Ntk trans poland (Poland) and Trans Trade RK SA (Switzerland).
Tereshchenko opened a personal account with the e-wallet payment service Paxum Inc, indicating himself as a webcam model when registering. The origin of the funds in the account will be income from the real-time video chat site OnlyFans and payments to partners from the sites to which he sends traffic.
Thus, Tereshchenko's account at the Paxum Inc payment service received more than $3 million, including $1.02 million from the business account of Fenix International Limited, the owner of the portal.
“It is unlikely that the funds from Fenix International Limited were received for the work performed by him as a webcam model on Onlyfans.com, “based on the assessment of his gender, age, and the activities he actually carried out,” the text of the ruling of the Kyiv District Court of Odessa states.
