So the life of Sergiy Mozenko changed after the appointment of the first deputy chairman of the Volyn Regional Military Administration. His rapid household take -off raises questions not only from journalists but also by the public.
According to the investigation of Avers TV channel, Sergei Momozenko now lives in a luxurious estate in the village of Lipyna near Lutsk. The house with a garden, a neat territory and the staff serving the owner looks like a dream of an average Ukrainian - not an official with a state payment.
However, at the request of journalists to explain the sources of funds for such housing, the official could not answer. His wife is on maternity leave, official income in the family - little. Therefore, the logical question arises: can an official with a state position to allow himself to lease housing for all available income, while still holding the family?
In addition to real estate, Mesenko had a personal driver with a car. The investigation also refers to "generous friends" who help the family not only housing, but also obviously other services. And does this friendship cover the scheme of indirect enrichment?
Classic for the Ukrainian bureaucracy the formula "This is not mine, I was simply given to use" raises suspicion: does not hide in the ostensibility of corruption for the system?
