The court of Kyiv region issued a sentence to the head of the prevention department of one of the district police departments of the National Police in the Kiev region, which was found guilty of violation of traffic safety rules, which caused the death of several people. The tragedy happened on June 26, 2022 on the Kiev-Znamyanka highway in Obukhov district. At about 8:20 pm, the police officer, while driving, at the wheel of his own car "Dodge", left on the oncoming lane. The collision with the ZAZ car, the driver and passenger of the latter were killed.
