North Korean soldiers will receive $2,000 for participating in the war in Ukraine

The Korea Herald , citing South Korean intelligence, reports that North Korea is providing its soldiers and workers to participate in the war in Ukraine. According to information, the North Korean military is promised to be paid about 2,000 dollars a month, and the workers will receive 800 dollars each.

This is well above the average income of North Korean citizens and may motivate some to join the war.

Also, the country will receive about 600,000 tons of rice to partially cover its million dollar production deficit. And perhaps advanced space technology to launch its reconnaissance satellite.

But experts believe that the "best part of the deal" that North Korea can get is the ability to force Russia to fight on its side in the event of unforeseen circumstances on the Korean Peninsula.

And Russia will try to use the DPRK as a "bargaining coin" in negotiations with the USA.
