The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported important changes in the completion of territorial centers of completion and social support (TCC). Soldiers without combat experience who are currently serving at the CCC will be sent to the front units.
According to the General Staff, this decision was made by the Commander -in -Chief of the Armed Forces in order to strengthen justice in the army and increase the fighting spirit. Their positions in the Tax Code will be occupied by military who already have combat experience but cannot participate in battles due to injuries, injuries or other health restrictions.
"These measures are intended to improve the quality of the CCC and ensure the principles of social justice, which will promote the strengthening of brotherhood, combat spirit, and mutual respect in military teams," the General Staff official reported.
Now, according to the Armed Forces, about 70% of the CCC servicemen already have combat experience. About half of them are warriors who were injured during combat. Another 20% of the composition is civilian workers who perform administrative functions.
One of the deputies of the General Staff is coordinating this process. The General Staff also stressed that the rotation of the CCC management has already taken place in full - from 2022 to 2025, all heads of the centers were replaced.
These steps are implemented against the background of growth of criticism at the Tax Code. In March, Ombudsman Dmitry Lubinets announced an increase in complaints about the actions of the TCC employees during mobilization measures. New General Staff measures can be a response to a public request to transparency and justice in the mobilization process.
