Fortunes and income of Colonel Anatoly Nanivskyi

The SBI is investigating the illegal enrichment of the head of the Lviv Housing and Operation Department (KEV), Colonel Anatoly Nanivskyi.

The DBR believes that official income is not the only source of income for Nanivskyi's family, and he receives bribes from contractors for repairs and supplies of goods for military units, and invests his unofficial wealth in the purchase of real estate.

For example, according to the investigation, the colonel's daughter acquired the right to an apartment with an area of 100 m2 in a new building on the street in 2022 thanks to a bribe. Lincoln in Lviv, for which she registered ownership last year. The Lychakiv District Court of Lviv has already seized Veronika Nanivska's apartment.

The investigation also believes that Nanivskyi uses his close relative, military serviceman Roman Rudnytskyi, to register part of the property acquired with illegal income.

For example, in June 2023, Nanivskyi's daughter signed a mortgage agreement with Rudnytskyi, allegedly lending him $100,000. The object of the mortgage was a house in Bryukhovychy with an area of 178.1 m2 and a plot under it with an area of 0.1 ha. If Rudnytskyi does not repay the debt, then the house with the land will officially become the property of Veronika Nanivska.

In addition, Rudnytskyi became the owner of a BMW X3 car this year. SBI investigators believe that Anatoliy Nanivskyi bought this car for his daughter
