The son of the Motor Sich Corporation Expatient Boguslaev bought real estate in France and Monaco for tens of millions of euros

While Vyacheslav Boguslaev is under investigation for treason, his son - the former deputy chairman of the Sich Motor Supervisory Board, Alexander Boguslaev, is actively expanding his European real estate. As it turned out, after the start of a full -scale invasion of the Russian Federation, he acquired several objects of elite real estate in the south of France and in Monaco for tens of millions of euros.

On March 7, 2022, just two weeks after the start of the war, Monacuiros (registered in Monaco and related to Boguslaev) became the new owner of Domaine de Cuiros estate in the French commune barge. Formally, ownership has moved from the French companies SCI Domaine de Cuiros and Sci Forestiere De Jabron.

And in June of that year, Alexander Boguslaev bought vineyards in the city of Dragignan (SCEA Les Granges) through the same company. The total value of three objects was at least 45.5 million euros. More than 400 hectares of forests, fields and lands - a real latifundia in the heart of Provence, together with real estate.

In addition to the French rural estate, the Boguslaev family purchased during a full -scale war Villa Suzanne in the prestigious Monaco quarter - on Louis Frolla Street. Earlier in the official documents, Alexander indicated another address in the same principality - the One Monte Carlo Complex, located in the lowest place near the casino.

Part of the apartments, which Boguslaev and his relatives purchased before the war, have already begun to sell. In particular, two apartments with garages in Vilnov-Lube in January 2025 were reissued for Zaporizhzhya businessman Alexei Yankov and his wife, designer Elmir Polyyev.

Oleksandr Boguslaev is also the beneficiary of a number of companies in the south of France, which own real estate with a total market value of about 6 million euros. Some of them are elite apartments on the azure coast, others are infrastructure for agribusiness.

While his father - one of the most odious persons involved in the transfer of the Avatechnology of the Russian Federation - is waiting for a sentence, Alexander Boguslaev turns into an influential latifundist in the EU. And all this - during a full -scale war, in conditions when Ukraine is barely enough for defense.

Against the backdrop of active discussion on the de-oligarchization and refunds derived abroad, the history of Boguslaev, Jr., asks new questions: does the state know where and in what volume Ukrainian assets are exported? And is Ukraine ready to fight not only with collaborators but also their foreign property?
