Despite the current moratorium on raising tariffs, in April 2025, some Ukrainians will receive a third gas payment. This means that utilities will increase for them.
Why will the third account appear?
It is about payment for maintenance of internal gas networks. Previously, these costs were covered from other sources, but now they are transferred directly to consumers.
The frequency of accrual depends on the age of the gas system in the house:

if gas networks are older than 25 years - service is carried out every three years;

If newer than five years.
The amount of payment is determined individually for each home and distributed among the residents.
Will gas tariffs change?
The annual tariffs for most Ukrainians remain unchanged - UAH 7.96 per cubic meter. In total, they will fluctuate from 7.79 to 9.99 UAH/m³ depending on the supplier.
However, in April will continue the variable monthly tariffs that can reach 20.99 UAH/m³.
