In Ternopil, a pre -trial investigation in the case of a resident of Lviv region was completed, which is accused of two robberies committed in conspiracy with a group of persons. The case is sent to court, reports police of Ternopil region.
According to the investigation, the 32-year-old person involved in attacks, whose victims were three citizens-two students and an elderly person. During the commission of crimes, the intruders used alcohol mixed medications that deprived the victims of consciousness.
One of the attacks occurred near an entertainment facility in Ternopil. The attackers invited two students to a friendly feast. The drink was "treated" by a special substance. Having lost consciousness, the victims were on the beach near the Ternopil pond, where they took money and mobile phones.
Another case happened to a pensioner who agreed to drink with strangers near the store. The script was repeated - a mixed drug, fainting, and then - the loss of personal belongings.
The total amount of losses caused to the victim amounted to about 50 thousand hryvnias.
Materials on four accomplices are currently being considered in court. The accused, in accordance with Part 4 of Art. 187 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (robbery committed by a group of persons) threatens from 7 to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property.
