Unexpected statuses that are scared may appear in the "reserve+" application for military persons. However, in most cases, there are no reasons for concern. Pavel Lytvyn, Deputy Head of the Mobilization Department of the Solomensk CCC in Kiev, said this in a comment by Hromadske.
According to him, the status of "specifying" means only that the information provided by the person is currently being checked. For example, if the military has submitted a certificate of training, it takes time to confirm this fact. After processing data, the status changes.
The status of "subject to conscription" means that a person is recognized as suitable for mobilization. In this case, the conscript may receive a summons or has the right to provide documents confirming the grounds for deferral.
The status of "temporarily unsuitable" is granted by the results of the passage of the Military Medical Commission (VLK) if the state of health does not allow to serve.
The most questions are the status of “in search”. Lytvyn assured that this has nothing to do with criminal prosecution. We are talking about persons who have not appeared for a long time to the CCC, did not renew data or changed their place of residence without removing from military accounting. In particular, this often applies to those who after 25 years (when the conscript age) did not appear to be registered as a conscript.
The status of "removed" means that the person is removed from the account due to the change of residence or for medical reasons.
Instead, the status is "excluded" to people who are no longer mobilized - for example, because of age, health or conviction. These include current servicemen who are no longer conscripts.
Recall that the application "Reserve+" allows citizens to clarify personal data, to apply for the passage of VLK and to interact with the CCC in electronic format.
