Starting in December 2025, Ukrainians will be able to reach Germany with one transfer, Ukrzaliznytsia reports. The new routes will connect Kyiv, Kharkiv, Zaporizhia, and Dnipro with Przemysl, where passengers will be able to transfer to trains to Leipzig, Munich, and Berlin.
The special route involves a trip from Dnipro to Chełm with a subsequent transfer via Warsaw to Berlin. In addition to daytime trains, passengers will have access to night routes EC430 and EC440 from Przemyśl and Chełm to the German capital.

The train schedule is coordinated with Polish and German railways, which allows for convenient connections and a comfortable journey for Ukrainians. This new logistical scheme greatly simplifies trips to Germany for study, work or tourism.
