Some tunnels are said to be delighted intentionally to protect treasures from enemies, and to enter the hidden rooms requires special keys or prayers.

Zaporizhzhya Cossacks won numerous trophies in hikes - gold, silver and valuable weapons. After the destruction of Sich in the XVIII century, the sergeant, according to the assumptions, managed to hide the richest treasures - perhaps at the bottom of the Dnieper near Khortytsia or in fortifications. Adventure historians and seekers are still looking for cards and ciphers that could indicate the exact place of storage.

According to one version, he ordered some of the jewelry to hide in the forests of Poltava or Cherkasy region. The mysterious dungeons and the old Cossack pantries are still attracted to researchers, but there are no reliable finds.

The wealth of Galician princes
