In the period from 2022 to 2024, "Ukrhydroenergo" implemented projects to equip anti-drone protection and restore facilities of various hydroelectric power plants (HPP) after missile strikes for a total amount of 10.39 billion hryvnias. It is worth noting that most contracts were concluded without bidding, and detailed information on the use of resources was not made public.
According to the data, since 2011, the head of the company is Ihor Syrota, "Ukrhydroenergo" has completed twice as many protective orders compared to "Ukrenergo", whose contracts for the construction of protection over electric substations amount to about 5.4 billion hryvnias.
Five contractors of "Ukrhydroenergo" received orders for 8.74 billion hryvnias, which is 84% of the total amount. The leader was "Elitbud-1" PE, which received the largest contract for the construction of protection of the Dniester HPP in the amount of 4.19 billion hryvnias. The owners of this firm are Vasyl Boyko and Denys Boleyko, the latter of whom is connected with the Cherpitsky brothers, who are called the leaders of the "Chepchik" group.
Garant Energo LLC from Kyiv took second place with orders for 2.93 billion hryvnias. This is about the construction of a structure to protect the building of HPP-1 of the Dnipro HPP and other facilities.
In third place was the Turkish company "Altair Lojistik Ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi" ("Altas"), which was ordered through open tenders for cables and couplings for the construction of complex underground protective structures for the Dnipro hydroelectric power plant.
The British company "Medialed Ltd" was ordered through open tenders for a complete 330 kV switchboard installation for the construction of a complex underground protective structure of the Dnipro HPP for UAH 470.61 million. The HSG-426A plant manufactured by "Hyosung" (Korea) will be delivered within 500 days after an 80% advance payment. The firm is registered in London and supplies equipment for energy projects. It is owned and managed by Maksym Skachko, a British citizen originally from Kyiv. Until 2015, it was called Tiger Telecom Investments Limited.
The rating closes LLC "MVP "Enerhorishenia" with contracts worth UAH 276.38 million. We are talking about the installation of anti-drone protection for the facilities of the Kremenchuk and Kaniv HPPs, the dismantling of equipment destroyed by a missile strike for the Dniester HPP, and others. The Kyiv company is owned by Volodymyr Mason and Valentina Mitchynska from Kyiv, and is managed by Yehor Semenov. Mason is also the sole owner of "Enerhorishenia" LLC and manages the trade union of the engineering and technical staff of the "Antonov" aviation scientific and technical complex. In the register of "MVP "Enerhorishenia" has one phone number +380951088025 from "Martynonis Alliance" LLC Valeriya Dzhautova and "ICG Ukraine" LLC, whose founder is the Uzbek Bakhodirjon Teshaboyev, and the ultimate beneficiary is Zoya Yeromina. Starting from 2021, "MVP "Energorishenia" tendered UAH 436 million exclusively to "Ukrhydroenergo".
