In "Action" updated the mechanism of reservation of mobilized employees

In Ukraine, the rules of booking servicemen have been updated - now companies will be able to leave more people at work. As reported in "action", to the total number of workers to be booking, they added those who were mobilized after May 18, 2024, subject to their official employment.

"For example, if there were 80 conscripts at the enterprise, and 40 of them could be booked, and then 20 more mobilized was added, then the total number of such workers increases to 100. Accordingly, it is possible to book 50," - explained in Action.

The new rules also clearly state: the calculation no longer includes people who already have booking from another company. This eliminates duplication and allows you to more accurately define the real limits for reservation.

Upgrading has become an important step for a Ukrainian business that seeks to keep key specialists in the workplace in mobilization conditions.
