Oleg Gladkovsky (Swinarchuk), a former NSDC Deputy Secretary, known for scandalous schemes in the field of defense procurement, with his family, seems to have found a way to make money on military contracts again. While Gladkovsky himself is hiding abroad, and his son builds an estate in Spain, a company designed for his accountant wins tenders for the supply of drones for the TRO of the Armed Forces.
LLC “Land T Company” has received contracts from military units for 104 million UAH for 10 months of existence. The founder of the company Alla Likhody works at Bogdan-Avto Kiev, owned by Mikhail Gladkovsky, the son of the existing NSDC Secretary.
OBOZ.UA interlocutors report that this company is "recommended" at the command level. Suspicions are caused by both tenders and procedures for their conduct. For example, in some cases, Land T Company LLC won after other tender participants refused to sign the contract. In others, the company offered the price higher than competitors, but still won.
Thus, on February 23, 2025, the Gladkovsky Accounting Company won a tender for supplying 44 quadcopters DJI Mavic 3T Enterprise and 10 DJI Mavic 3 Pro (RC) for the A7400 military unit. Their proposal was more expensive than the competitive, but the contract was signed with them.
A similar situation happened on February 6 in the tender of the A4076 military unit: Euro Techni Trade Ukraine has offered drones for UAH 4.6 million, but after its refusal, the contract was received by Land T Company with a price of UAH 4.85 million.
Oboz.ua managed to communicate with the owner of the company Alla villain. She confirmed that he works in Bogdan-Auto Kiev, a company that belongs to the Gladkovsky family. At the same time, the woman could not clearly explain the details of her firm's activity and her sudden success on tenders.
The case also appears in the case, the son of the former chief of the commander of the TRO, who is currently heading the internal control department in the forces of TE. It was after its appointment that the newly created company began to receive contracts.
