How a general resigned from service during martial law, instructions for use

Against the background of discussions about military postponements and resignations in Ukraine, the topic of privileges for the higher command staff of the Armed Forces has arisen again. Recently, public attention has focused on cases where high-ranking military personnel, including generals, use medical certificates to excuse themselves from military service.

Viktor Kucherenko - the general on duty was discharged due to illness, according to which almost the entire personnel of the Armed Forces can be commissioned

It is absolutely no secret that in Ukraine it is extremely difficult for active servicemen, on time and those who were seriously injured in the war to be released from military service. But let's be honest - this applies to purely ordinary soldiers... But in relation to generals or other high-ranking officials - "fate is ordered" in a completely different way... to put it bluntly - according to their wishes!

Meet: Kucherenko Viktor Vitaliyovych - Major General and former head of the main operational department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In March 2024, according to the Order of the Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov, he was dismissed from military service due to his health. The reason for the dismissal: the report of Kucherenko himself and the decision/report of his friend, the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Anatoliy Barhylevych.

By the way, regarding the "state of health", we have at our disposal the very "Certificate of Illness", where the reasons for dismissal are indicated. Periodic headache, shortness of breath during physical exertion, weakness in the cervical and lumbar regions of the spine, increased pressure, dizziness, hearing loss in both ears - all of this was complained about by Mr. Kucherenko during the VLC. In fact, the doctors were literally forced to "suck out" diseases from their fingers or make links to diseases - in order to make this hero in general's uniform unfit with subsequent registration of disability and payment of the insurance amount.

As a result, this hero was written off because of bad hearing, the blood pressure was under 200, etc. According to the doctors and Kucherenko himself, these are good reasons for the impossibility of serving in the headquarters... Although, the guys on the front lines are not with such diseases and numerous forced by injuries to serve and go to battle every day!

But here is the question: if Kucherenko was deaf and could not hear anything, then why was he not sent to the VLK earlier before being appointed to a position or receiving the rank of general?... For most of his service until March 2024, he did not feel sick and did not ask for help to the doctors And he did it only when carte blanche came "with his" chief of the main operational department, who sent him to the VLK...

Now, many famous military men, in particular Galushkin and Sodol, are making themselves blind, deaf and dumb through doctors in order to avoid responsibility.
In turn, Major-General Kucherenko followed this path earlier – "resigning" from the dubious decision of the VLK for personal reasons. Accordingly: WE WILL APPLY TO THE GENERAL PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE, AS THE LIST OF DISEASES INDICATED ARE UNBASED FOR A DECISION ON DISMISSAL!.

PS Major General Kucherenko has a son. Mobilized... Do you think he is on the front lines in a combat brigade?!. - NO!!! The father-general hid his son, as the legendary hero hid the legendary "immortal needle with his death." Junior Lieutenant Kucherenko walks around the General Staff smiling to himself and receives 30,000 combatants as a salary! And he is serving in the Main Command Center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This center manages the armed forces. Who is in charge today - a mobster who graduated from the military department...
