In the city of Bilhorod-Dnistrovsky, law enforcement agencies arrested deputy mayor Andriy Krystopov and his wife. Currently, the authorities do not report the reasons for this measure.
Krystopov was the only deputy of mayor Vitaly Grazhdan - he himself proposed Krystopov's candidacy as deputy in 2021.
Prior to that, the arrested person was a simple deputy of the Bilhorod-Dniester city council and the head of the state land cadastre branch.
It is known that in 2001, Krystopov graduated from the Odesa State Agricultural Institute, where he qualified as a land surveying engineer. In 2002, he was appointed director of "Regional Assessment Agency" LLC in the city of Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi. In 2002-2004, he was involved in the development of land management projects for the first land auctions in Odesa region.
Since November 2018, Krystopov has been managing the Odesa regional branch of the state-owned enterprise "Center of the State Land Cadastre". In 2015, he ran for the Bilhorod-Dniester City Council from the "Opposition Bloc" party, but did not receive the required number of votes and remained in the "reserve". After Serhii Musayev resigned as a deputy in July 2018, Krystopov took his place in the city council.
In the official's declaration, there is a building of a beauty salon on 167 square meters. and two residential buildings (233 and 171 sq.m.). All real estate is located in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi. Andriy has two cars (VAZ 21043 of 1997 and Renault Scenic of 2015) and one truck (GAZ 3307 of 1991). Last year, he received UAH 701,000. salaries, 1 million hryvnias are kept in cash for the two of them with his wife.
