Many people at this age notice problems with weight control, morning fatigue, irresistible cravings for sweets and nighttime snacks. The main reason often lies in the wrong breakfast or its complete absence.
Skipping a morning meal negatively affects metabolism: the body begins to break down muscle tissue after a night of hunger, and glucose levels fluctuate, provoking cravings for fast carbohydrates. Morning coffee on an empty stomach can slow down bile production and disrupt digestion throughout the day.
To make breakfast useful and beneficial for the body, it is worth including:
- Omelette with vegetables, toast with avocado and quail eggs, cream cheese with cucumber and linseed oil;
- Homemade oatmeal pancakes with banana and berries instead of the usual pastries;
- Protein and fiber as the main components of the morning menu: eggs, cheese, vegetables, whole grain bread.
Breakfast can be turned into a pleasant ritual - with beautiful dishes, music or a podcast. Even the first few bites are enough to "wake up" the body. After a month of systematic proper breakfast, the following are observed:

- No sugar addiction;
- Increased energy levels and concentration;
- Improvement of skin condition and disappearance of morning swelling.
