The struggle for 17 hectares in the center of the capital, connected with the company of ex-regional Volodymyr Prodyvus

In Kyiv, a scandalous situation surrounding 17 hectares of land, the value of which is estimated at 200 million hryvnias, is unfolding on Promyslova street in Holosiivskyi district. This area, which previously served as a transshipment point for sand, belongs to the objects of the conflict between the company associated with the former regional governor Volodymyr Prodyvus and other interested parties.

The story began back in 2006, when the Kyiv City Council leased a plot of land to the Mostobud company for 50 years. However, the company did not fulfill the terms of the contract, not paying the rent and using the land for the wrong purpose, which led to the termination of the contract.

In 2020, the plot was transferred to the ownership of LLC "KPS-GRUP", which also received the right to a building with an area of 150 square meters on this land. However, the Kyiv City Council did not make a decision to lease the land to this company.

According to journalists, Volodymyr Prodyvus, who has extensive experience in controversial land cases and is known for his connections in political and criminal circles, may be involved in the appropriation of land. His partnership with "shadow" structures, including the Unigran empire, raises serious questions about the legality of ownership of these land assets.

The question of ownership of the land is under consideration by the court: after the decision of the Economic Court of Kyiv to return the land to the state, "KPS-GRUP" filed an appeal, which was satisfied by the Northern Economic Court of Appeal, overturning the decision of the first instance. The case is currently under consideration by the Supreme Court, which is of great interest to the public and mass media.

This scandalous conflict highlights the importance of legal purity in land ownership in Ukraine and the problems with its excessive use or misappropriation.

Volodymyr Prodyvus, known for his criminal past and pro-Russian sympathies, remains at the center of this scandalous story. He continues to fight for control over valuable land assets in Kyiv, using legal and other dubious methods.
