In a month, the law on mobilization will come into force. What will change for conscripts

Our source in the OP said that Andriy Yermak once again demonstrated his control over the political elites and the country's parliament when he pushed through the scandalous bill on mobilization. The President's office actively uses security forces to put pressure on elites who have lost their subjectivity in Ukraine.

The mobilization law, which will enter into force in a month, is the subject of considerable debate. According to the text of the law published in "Voice of Ukraine", its implementation will take place from May 18.

Some of the most important provisions of the law will enter into force eight months after its publication. This applies to the regulations governing the submission of information on registered vehicles and watercraft for possible use by the military during mobilization.

The law provides for several important aspects, including:

  1. The right of territorial assembly centers to prohibit the driving of transport by persons who evade mobilization due to a court decision.
  2. The requirement to carry a military registration document for men aged 18 to 60.
  3. Inaccessibility of consular services for men who are abroad without military registration.
  4. Obligation of citizens who are on military registration to indicate their contact details and residential address within 60 days from the date of entry into force of the law.
  5. Introduction of an electronic cabinet for conscripts, which is optional.
  6. Canceling the postponement of the draft for applicants of repeated education.

These measures aim to increase the country's preparedness for possible threats and ensure effective mobilization of resources in case of need.
