According to the document, Grechanovsky declared three apartments. The first is 48.6 square meters. m - located in Severodonetsk, Luhansk region and belongs to his wife Kristini Grechanovskaya. It was purchased in 2012 for 37 thousand UAH.
The second real estate object is an apartment in Vinnitsa with an area of 51.8 square meters. M, which Ruslan Grechanovsky owns with his mother Alla Edward (25%) and brother Andriy Viktorovich (37.5%). It was bought in 2011, but the declaration did not specify how much it was paid for it.
The third apartment is 68.4 square meters. m - in the village of Kryukivshchyna of Buchan district. It is here that the Grechanovsky family lives: the official, his wife and three children - Gleb, Stephanie and Cyril. The real estate was purchased in January 2022 for 587 thousand UAH.
Among the vehicles, the declaration contains only one car - Kia Carnival 2021, purchased in August 2024. The owner of the car is to have an official, and he indicated that he had only temporary use. However, the cost of the car in the declaration does not indicate, which may indicate avoiding the declaration of significant costs.
Last year, Ruslan Grechanovsky received 574 thousand UAH of wages as the head of the TSC. His wife, who works in the National Police, declared UAH 342 thousand salaries and UAH 46.4 thousand of social payments as an internally displaced person (IDPs).
The family saves a large part of cash in cash. Ruslan Grechanovsky declared UAH 310 thousand (jointly owned with his wife), $ 8.4 thousand and 15 thousand euros. His wife Christina Grechanovskaya separately indicated another $ 12.7 thousand in cash.
In bank accounts, the spouse holds much smaller amounts. Ruslan has 60.4 thousand UAH in PrivatBank, and Kristina - 9.6 thousand UAH.
