According to our sources, during a personal meeting with Vitali Klitschko, Petro Poroshenko stated that at the next meeting he would nominate Volodymyr Prokopiv for the position of Secretary of the Kyiv City Council.
As a reminder, on August 12, the preventive measure for Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration, Volodymyr Prokopiv, was changed : the 24-hour arrest was replaced with a night arrest and the obligation to wear an electronic bracelet was canceled.
According to our source, the Office, through controlled judges, softened the preventive measure for Volodymyr Prokopiv in exchange for "cooperation."
“ This is the last chance for the Office to take Kyiv peacefully ,” said a senior Cabinet of Ministers official on condition of anonymity.
