According to him, the greatest life of Ukrainians is not reduced, but heart attacks, strokes and chronic cardiovascular diseases, from which our country stablely occupies one of the first places in the world in mortality.
“The undisputed enemy # 1 is smoking. To quit smoking is the best thing to do for longevity, ”the scientist emphasized.
In addition to smoking, Krasnienkov named four more major factors that steal years of life:

Improper nutrition -excess fat, sweet and processed foods in combination with a deficiency of vegetables and fruits leads to obesity and overloading of the cardiovascular system.

Severe lifestyle - prolonged seat and lack of physical activity contribute to the development of chronic diseases.

Chronic lack of sleep - lack of quality sleep does not allow the body to recover, reduces immunity, harm the brain and heart.

Stress and loneliness - constant psychological tension and lack of social relationships seriously undermine health and provoke deadly dangerous conditions.
The scientist emphasizes that supporting loved ones, communicating with friends and inclusion in the community is not a luxury, but a necessary condition for survival and mental stability.
In the context of reducing the population of Ukraine to 36.3 million people and a decrease in life expectancy as a result of war, these simple things gain even more weight. Careful attitude towards oneself is a contribution to the future of the country.
