The contract for restoration for UAH 220 million was awarded to a company related to the deputy head of Kherson OVA Anton Samoilenko

The state allocated significant funds for the restoration of the infrastructure of the Kherson region, which suffered as a result of Russian aggression. One of the largest contracts for the reconstruction of the school and the village council was awarded to the company with which the deputy head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Anton Samoilenko, is associated, reports Bihus.info.

According to the investigation, the company "Global Build Engineering", registered in Ternopil, won a tender for the reconstruction of an educational institution in Visokopyla for the amount of 130 million hryvnias. Before that, she mainly worked with local contractors, but since the end of last year, she began to actively expand her activities in the territory of the Kherson region.

In addition to the tender for the reconstruction of the school, the company "Global Build Engineering" received a contract for the restoration of the village council in Velyka Oleksandrivka for the amount of 90 million hryvnias. The total value of all contracts is 220 million hryvnias.

According to journalists, the company was purchased by a group of businessmen who were previously engaged in road repair in eastern Ukraine. In addition, "Global Build Engineering" received an order for the repair of roads in the Kherson region in the amount of 70 million hryvnias. To carry out these works, the company plans to rent equipment from "Donbasvugilliabud", whose owner is Anna Samoilenko, the wife of Anton Samoilenko, deputy head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.

Anton Samoilenko confirmed the information made public by journalists and noted that he is familiar with many representatives of companies that receive reconstruction contracts.

The company "Global Build Engineering" has connections with other enterprises that participated in the "Big Construction" program. Among the co-owners of the First Ukrainian Road Construction Company, where the director of "Global Build Engineering" previously worked, are Oleksandr Garbuz and Viktor Kirkishko, who also have a relationship with the companies that were engaged in road works as part of the "Big Construction" program.

It is also known that Natalia Necheporenko was a partner of Viktor Kirkishko and Oleksandr Garbuz for a long time. She is a close friend of the ex-deputy head of the National Police, Dmytro Tyshlek.
