Apartments, cars and "Russian traces": what journalists found in the declaration of the Kiev prosecutor

While the new management of the Attorney General's office promises to check prosecutors for compliance with the lifestyle of declared income, loud stories are reappearing in the media. Another symbol of "demonstration integrity" can be the prosecutor of Kiev Victoria Goncharov - an official with a modest declaration, but with a luxurious fleet and suspicious connections. This is going to the investigation of StopCor.

Goncharova (maiden name - Kraevskaya) held a position in the capital's prosecutor's office, avoided publicity, but attracted the attention of journalists after the publication of Boris Kushniruk on "censors". According to the investigation, she lives in an apartment owned by Igor Zabolotny - the full name of the former prosecutor of Donetsk region, who got into the "Peacemaker" base through cooperation with "DNR". It is unofficially claimed that Zabolotny has a Russian passport and worked for some time in the pseudo -prosecutor's office of the invaders.

His business partner is Maxim Govorukha, a former prosecutor of Luhansk and Chernihiv region, who was in the orbit of odious Victor Pshonka and released to avoid lustration.

Goncharova's husband, lawyer Mykola Goncharov, connected with Bona Fide Group LLC, which has a "double" in the Russian Federation. The Russian company with a similar name owned by Olga Nesterova appeared in the case of withdrawal of capital from the country. According to sources in law enforcement agencies, the Russian structure could be part of the scheme of legalization of the assets of the Pshonka clan.

Mykola Goncharov himself was convicted of fraud in 2012-2014, but avoided imprisonment - the court gave a conditional punishment.

In the declaration for 2024, the prosecutors - only the Volvo XC90 2018. But according to journalists, it regularly uses an elite fleet: ZEEKR 001, Land Cruiser 200 and Bentley Bentayga. The last car is officially recorded on the father of the employee mentioned above “Bona Fide Group”. He was even put up for sale for $ 107 777 after the appearance of publications in the media.

According to Censor and 190.Media, two apartments in the elite LCD of the capital and sections near the Dnieper appeared in 2019-2022 in 2019-2022. Everything is decorated for relatives of husband and girlfriends. All this - on indirect grounds - could be funded from cryptocurrency income.

In 2020, Goncharov managed a group of prosecutors in the case of Judge Tsarevich, who during the Maidan massively made sentences to activists. The court justified it. One of Goncharova's subordinates - Viktor Yatsenko - was featured in investigations into drains. He has dozens of hectares, houses with swimming pools, several apartments in Kiev, Odessa and even in the occupied Crimea.

In the official declaration of Goncharova - a hostel at the university, an apartment for Tyutyunnik for rent and a small income. However, the prosecutor's lifestyle says another. The owner of the apartment is still the same sazol. And the data themselves raise questions to the NAPC and the Prosecutor General's office: do they plan to check such cases?
