Deputy Head of the Regional Branch of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in the city of Kiev Miroslav Shperyk-Sednev became the owner of the apartment in the capital after two years of work at the Civil Service.
Prior to the appointment to the State Property Fund, Shperyk-Sednev worked as the head of the legal department of the Desnyanskiy district in Kyiv city state administration. It was during this period that she was able to raise funds for the purchase of housing in Kiev.
This is evidenced by her declaration published on the NAPC website.
Thus, Miroslav Shperyk-Sednev from 2012 to 2023 worked as the head of the legal department of the Desnyanskiy district in Kyiv city state administration. And in 2023 he was appointed Deputy Head of the Regional Branch of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in the city of Kiev.
In her declaration, filed before his release from the RDA, the official indicated that she became the owner of a new apartment in Kiev, worth almost 700 thousand UAH.
In addition, the official worked so fruitfully in the metropolitan administration that she also built her own house in the Kiev region, with an area of more than 100 square meters.
Miroslav Shperyk-Sednev indicated that this house was the object of work in progress. However, the commonly known fact that officials often delay the registration of ownership of the built real estate and declare it as unfinished years - in order to avoid questions from the NAPC about the origin of funds for rapid construction.
