Former Deputy Head of the Transcarpathian Customs Division Aider Ablazimov, who was released after he found a Russian passport, wants to return to a post through court.
Thus, according to the journalist Vitaliy Glagoli, the released Transcarpathian customs officer with the Russian passport, Aider Ablyazimov filed a lawsuit with the Kyiv District Administrative Court, with the intention of canceling his dismissal, to renew and receive a salary for "forced absenteeism".
Currently, the Kyiv District Administrative Court has opened proceedings on Ablazimov's claim. The third person is involved in the SBU Office in the Transcarpathian region.
Considering the fact that the case will be considered in simplified proceedings without calling the parties, Aider Ablazimov has every chance of returning to the post of head of the department of fight against smuggling of the Transcarpathian customs, despite the presence of a passport of the Russian Federation.
According to our sources in the judiciary, the involvement of the SBU management in the Transcarpathian region in the "Aider Ablazimov Scheme" as a third party, is most likely related to procedural moments.
In particular, Ablazimov's lawyers could send a request for Ablazimov's passport of the aggressor country to the Transcarpathian SBU and receive a response that "the SBU management in the Transcarpathian region does not have such information". And with the "SBU" certificate and, probably, a bribe for a judge, a decision to renew Aider Ablazimov in office will be made.
We will remind, Aid Ablazimov was dismissed from office by order of June 4, 2025 after publication by the journalist Vitaliy Glagoloy photo of his real Russian passport, received after 2014.
