Ukrainian singer Nikita Lomakin, who was recently mobilized to the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, shared his personal history about how illness, stress and new conditions of service almost broke him morally and physically. The artist confessed that he got to the hospital through the survivors, but it was the music that helped him recover.
Lomakin wrote about it on his Instagram, adding a shining video, where he sings again for his brothers. The video immediately moved the subscribers and caused a wave of support.
"The voice was hoarse because I did not sing for more than a month, I was sick of bronchitis, smoked and nervous," the singer wrote. "Changing the situation - mobilization, military unit, and then BZVP - sowed in my fear. And it brought me to the hospital."
According to Lomakin, he became ill with bronchitis with temperature. However, the other day he returned from the hospital to the training camp. The most emotional moment was a spontaneous event:
"The orchestra came to us. And someone told the artists that I was a singer too. I was offered to sing," says Nikita. "When I took a microphone, I immediately relaxed and focused on the sense of a beautiful song and in the brothers, for which my voice can be a guide to feelings and memories of the most expensive - about the mother, about the house for which each of us misses."
As a result, the artist emphasized that it was the song that helped him survive fear and return to himself:
"The fear brought me to the hospital, and the song updated my strength and helped to recover my brothers," he added.
