445 decisions of medical and social expert commissions (MSEC) have already been canceled to establish disabilities to officials-most of them concern customs, taxpayers and prosecutors. This was reported by the Ministry of Health, which together with law enforcement officers conducts a large -scale check of the actions of the commissions.
In total, 2630 cases of officials from more than 70 state bodies are subject to inspection. The center of assessment of the functional state of a person has already considered 1692 cases. Another 423 people are summoned to examine to clarify the diagnosis.
Of the 445 decisions, new cases were rendered in 286 cases: 226 - a disability group was changed, as early as 60 - the deadline for its installation.
The most fictitious solutions are found among the following agencies:

Customs service - 810 cases, of which 369 have already been considered, 129 decisions were canceled, 78 were changed;

tax service - 518 cases, 291 considered, 90 canceled, 64 changed;

The prosecutor's office - 448 cases, 203 was considered, 80 were canceled, in 45 cases the decision was changed, another 121 persons were summoned for re -inspection.
The Ministry of Health assures that the checks will continue. The goal is to identify and abolish the wrongfully provided statuses of disability, which officials could abuse to avoid service, privileges or early retirement.
