As indicated in the court ruling, military officer Andriy K. serves in one of the TCCs as the head of the mobilization department. During April 2022 - February 2023, the official gave his superior the data of reserve officers who should be excluded from military registration. The case materials indicate that 14 reserve officers were excluded from the register without proper grounds due to Andrii K.'s submission, and they also received the right to travel abroad. Andriy K. admitted his guilt in court.
During martial law, resolutions of military medical commissions (MMC) regarding reserve officers must be approved by the regular MMC of the region, otherwise a reserve officer cannot be excluded from military registration . In this case, the documents were executed improperly.
The case was considered by judge Oksana Svystun, who examined all the materials and found the soldier guilty of negligent service, imposing a fine of UAH 17,000.
